Chef Will is the Executive Chef at the Great China Club and is a seasoned and celebrated Chinese Cuisine Chef. Before he came to Hong Kong three years ago, he worked at 8 Restaurant at the Grand Lisboa in Macau, a 3-Star Michelin restaurant for 5 years. Today, he is at the heart of the Greater China Club ensuring every innovative dish retains the essence of conventional Cantonese cuisine with a modern twist. He enjoys competition as it stimulates creativity and dedication to excel.
