Chef Brain is Chef de Partie at Corner Café, Hong Kong Disneyland. Brian has 18 years of experience working in various culinary establishments. He worked in J.W. Marriott Hotel Hong Kong before becoming Demi Chef at Disneyland Hollywood Hotel in 2005 to his present position as Chef de Partie at Corner Café, Hong Kong Disneyland. In 2015 he was awarded a silver award at the HOFEX Butchery Skills Challenge and at the 2016 Asian Chef Challenge a gold award and the award for Best Soup, Best Presentation.
